During our complimentary session, it if is determined you have extremely clear goals and the action steps are outlined, or are close to being outlined, for achieving your desired outcomes, individual coaching sessions will be the path recommended at the hourly rate. Possibly, you are in need of moral support and a partner who will hear you out from an objective and safe space. You feel strongly with a focused effort utilizing the benefits of coaching, your final steps are a few sessions away. Through individualized attention, I will provide a compassionate space that is results-driven employing long-proven skills to facilitate your process through to your identified finish line. Acknowledgement and accountability being integral parts of this framework. The final step in solidifying the individual sessions is both of us signing a client coaching agreement that clearly defines our coaching relationship, payment terms, etc. I look forward to working with you!
